**Verdict: FIX**

Reviewed Wed Oct 21, 2026 (PT), read-only. Voice is calm and on-brand. No fake team, no hype, no squad or -mallow wording. Pills and buttons are ALL CAPS with no "!" and no vendor names. The Google quote matches F1. Care "from $69" matches the live /notes/ page. The refund window is 14 days on live https://jkca.studio/guides/ and no other window appears in this pack. The $149 checkout is fine, because the intake-only rule covers the $750 move.

## Must-fix

1. **Unbacked timeframe** (L68). No fact backs "an afternoon".
   - Now: "You need a new place to send and receive from before then, and the move takes an afternoon if you plan it."
   - Use: "You need a new place to send and receive from before then. Plan the move, and do one mailbox first."
2. **"Five" ways out, but the note table and decision tree list six** (Stay, Workspace, Fastmail, iCloud+, Zoho, Forwarding).

## Nice-to-have
- The guide-leak steps can go. Ship step 7 and the Stripe "session-checked download route" note are no longer needed (old URLs 410, checkout shows an instant download). Use "Success URL: the existing instant-download route."
- The gate (L517) says no vendor name in H1/H2. The lead's default allows note headings to name the vendor. Reword it to "No vendor name in any pill or button. Note headings may name the vendor."
- H2 "Do it before the holidays" reads as mild urgency. Consider "Plan a quiet week".
- The "10-minute check" is our own estimate. Time it once before printing it everywhere.
- Ship step 4: give the new card `id="send-as"` so `/guides/#send-as` resolves. Live card ids are email, audit, launch, handoff, wordpress.
- The "one business day" checkout line still needs json's OK. It's already flagged.

## Round 2

**Verdict: PASS**

Re-gated Wed Oct 21, 2026, 10:02 AM PT. I worked from the files, not from FIXES-APPLIED.md: I diffed PACK.md and FACTS.md against the round-1 text. FACTS.md is unchanged.

- All 7 must-fixes are fixed in every place they appeared.
- **Six ways out:** the count is now six in the blurb, scope, feature 1, the Stripe description, the X reply and the meta. The two "five" lines left are about mailboxes and the existing guides, not the options.
- **Phone and laptop:** all five JKCA-scope lines now say "phone and laptop". The "every device" lines left (L114, L269, L304) are the owner's own steps, not our scope.
- **Other round-1 fixes:** the "afternoon" line, the calendar/Docs claim, "no ads" and the Zoho extras are gone. Sources now read F1 to F21. Ship step 1 now re-opens F17.
- **New copy is clean.** I checked "Plan a quiet week" and the guide §2 line "Plan your move for a quiet week well ahead of January." (backed by F3). The NEEDS JSON OK marker is fine. No new numbers, deal copy, "!" or vendor names in pills.
- **Live checks:** the refund line is still 14 days on live /guides/. The download-leak steps were dropped as suggested.
- **Links:** nothing new to curl. `/guides/#send-as` doesn't exist yet. Ship step 4 now creates it.

### Still open (nice-to-have)
- Gate L517 is still stricter than the lead's default: "No vendor name in any pill or button. Note headings may name the vendor."
- Time the "10-minute check" once before printing it.
- L488 is labeled "(154 chars)" but the meta is 146 characters. Fix the label.
